TPD Ltd. has begun the year in record fashion. We have 6 major management projects under way in Caesarea and Zichron Yaacov and we are breaking records in sales of exclusive estates in Israel. In addition, we are continually adding new suites of services and solutions to meet our customer’s particular needs. For example; we expanded our infrastructure to include a dedicated MS Project Server so as to provide our homeowners who are building as well as our architects, engineers and project managers a powerful tool that will assist in streamlining the building process while providing transparency to the customer.
However, we feel that there should be, there MUST BE a direct link between our success and how much we give back to our local community. This is why TPD Ltd is establishing the “TPD Future Fund.”
The fund is dedicated to improving the quality of life of the residents of Or Akiva the “development Town” which is situated adjacent to Caesarea. The fund functions in three capacities:
• TPD Ltd will donate the funds for materials via our many suppliers to renovate apartment complexes in Or Akiva that are dilapidated and run down. This includes but is not limited to paint and plaster, air conditioning units and playgrounds, lighting for security and the complete renovation of common areas.
• TPD Ltd’s Future Fund will recruit for free the services of our myriad of contractors and architects to supply the labor and expertise for the renovations.
• TPD Ltd will actively reach out and get the local community involved in the process, thereby facilitating an environment of neighbors helping neighbors.
Concomitantly, TPD Ltd Future Fund is laying the groundwork to establish a Scholarship Fund that will provide full college tuition for promising students in Or Akiva that may not otherwise have this possibility to better their own futures.
